Processing is mainly based on: your consent (contact form), pre-contractual or contractual steps (digital project), and ABBDIGIT’s legitimate interest in securing and improving its services, in accordance with applicable Malian personal data protection rules (including principles promoted by the APDP).
Data is accessed by authorized ABBDIGIT team members. It may be shared with technical providers strictly required to run the service (hosting, transactional email, optional analytics tools), under appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements.
